LAX SCOUT IN BALTIMORE FOR FINAL FOUR NEW MEMBER ADDED TO NATIONAL SCOUTING TEAM

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - May 21, 2004 - Lax Scout (www.laxscout.com), an organization dedicated to helping high school student-athletes gain widespread exposure to college lacrosse coaches, made two significant announcements today. Lax Scout will be in Baltimore during the NCAA Final Four and will have a booth at LaxFest. In addition, Lax Scout has added another key member to its ever-growing team of professional scouts.

Lax Scout will be returning to Baltimore again for the second straight year and will have a booth at LaxFest, a lacrosse event taking place by the Inner Harbor. "I'm thrilled to be returning to Baltimore again for the best weekend in college lacrosse," commented Lax Scout President and Founder Christopher Deutsch. "LaxFest is a tremendous venue for us and we're happy to be attending it along with our other sponsors such as the Great Atlantic Lacrosse Company." Lax Scout's booth will feature free giveaways and raffles all day Saturday and Sunday. "We are very excited to welcome Lax Scout back to Baltimore as part of the 2004 LaxFest vendor line-up," stated Scott Westcoat, President of ASG Sports and LaxFest organizer. "They are exactly the type of company we look for to add value to the event. Progressive, reputable and they offer a quality service to the continuously expanding lacrosse family. We look forward to having them showcased at LaxFest again this year."

Lax Scout adds another key member to its team due to increasing demand for professional scouting services in Virginia. Tom Worstell, a standout lacrosse and basketball player at the University of Maryland in the late '80s, has been appointed to the role of Scouting Coordinator for Virginia. His primary responsibilities include promoting Lax Scout's services to the lacrosse community, establishing relationships with high school and college coaches and growing the scouting team within the state. "I am extremely happy to be a member of the growing Lax Scout staff. I have the utmost respect for all of the individuals at Lax Scout and look forward to providing high school student-athletes in the state of Virginia with access to what I think are the best scouting services on the market," Worstell noted. "With lacrosse growing as quickly as it is, Lax Scout's services will play a major role in helping high school lacrosse players, at all skill levels, get exposure to hundreds of college coaches." Tom's vast experience as a professional lacrosse player, a three-time All-American at Maryland and ACC player of the Year will complement Lax Scout's talented staff perfectly. Deutsch added, "I could not be happier with the addition of Tom to our team. His personal commitment to the growth of the sport both locally and nationally is a testament to his infectious love for the game."
